Tucked away in a leafy garden setting, with lovely views over the valley and the surrounding mountains, Hout Bay Haven is a beautifully furnished, cosy holiday pad within easy reach (eight kays) of the harbour and beach.
Central to the house is a light and airy living area that swings open to a timber deck and swimming pool, making this an idyllic summer pad for a small family or couple.
Sleeping-wise, you’ve got two double bedrooms, the main of these upstairs and ensuite to a bathroom with shower and bath. The second bedroom is downstairs and has a shared bathroom alongside.
Open-plan to the living and dining area, you’ve got a well-equipped kitchen kitted with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine. The living area includes a large dining table, fireplace, comfy sofas, DSTV and free WiFi… What more could you ask for?
The garden is fully fenced, with secure parking for the chariot, and presenting opportunity to bring Fido along (by request). There are plenty of walking paths on the private open space adjoining.
In a nutshell, Hout Bay Haven is a good option for a family or couple looking for an easy-going base close to Hout Bay’s action, while at the same time allowing manageable access to the city centre.
