Budget Getaways Review
Despite the N2 drone cutting through it's heart, Wilderness still delivers: forested gorges, miles of dramatic beaches and enough rivers and lakes to keep you canoeing, swimming and general water-sporting for weeks on end. Trick is, finding the right spot to stay.
L'Azur is one of these spots. Right on the village common and within easy strolling distance of beach and lagoon and shops and restaurants, it's a nicely appointed two-bedroom apartment with a distinctly upmarket feel.
Good for two or two couples, the apartment offers a handy uncomplicated base to the area.

Sleeping-wise, the main bedroom comes decked with kingsize bed and ensuite with shower. The second bedroom has a double bed and makes use of a shared bathroom (bath only).
There's even a separate study with desk and Wi-Fi for those work rats that haven't quite managed to escape the treadmill.
Sitting in the heart of the action, a decent spread of restaurants lies a mere stroll from the front door, as does the beach and lagoon.
