Set only 3km from the center of Sabie on a gorgeous farm with lush green lawns, abundant birdlife, beautiful forested areas and gurgling streams, Sabi Star Chalets offers accommodation to suit most traveller needs.
First up for review are the range of self-catering 'standard chalets' that sleep between two and six guests. Apart from flexibility, these come with comfy beds, fresh linen and the necessary odds and ends to make your stay a pleasurable one. (Just remember to bring your own swimming, bath and dish towels).
Spacious and comfy, the chalets are serviced daily (sorry, you still have to wash your own dishes!), which will make dad happy. Adding to the awesomeness factor, each chalet has a private braai area with free firewood. Yipee!
Deserve more luxury? Head straight on to Sabi Star's 'executive chalets' - there are four of these, all three-star rated and with a choice of two- and four-sleepers.
Top-of-the-range fittings and furnishings, linen and towels, and an equipped kitchen are standard fare. However, we would skip the kitchen in favour of the communal dining room's scrumptious breakfast and dinner (latter on request).
With a great location and stunning natural backdrop, Sabi Star Chalets has all the ingredients for a fabulous stay for couples and families alike.

Perfectly situated 3km from Sabie and close to all the natural visitor spots, we had a brilliant time and will definitely stay there again.
