Sitting against a backdrop of Outeniqua Mountains, Trail House is a lovingly-restored woodcutter's cottage situated within the well-known Garden Route Trail Park.
With a pump track and a variety of flowing single track options right on your doorstep, and Farleigh Forest (with its own trails) and Seven Passes Road running past the farm, no matter which way you pedal you’re in mountain bike Nirvana.
The cottage sits among rolling grassland overlooking Kratara gorge and surrounding forrest. Off-grid (solar and gas) and offering oodles of style and comfort, eight can sleep here comfortably.
You’ve got three bedrooms (a double and two twins), with additional beds in the loft area. The living room has a typical farmhouse feel, with an open-plan layout, exposed timber beams, stylish furnishings, a big ol’ dining table, and an equipped kitchen.
Off the living area is a covered voorstoep, where you’ll find your built-in braai - your go-to for kicking back and exchanging heroic war tales of man versus machine versus Nature.
