Just a ten minute drive from the mellow village of Ladybrand, Twin Oaks Gust Farm is known for its beautiful views and traditional SA hospitality.
This sandstone farmhouse has four individual self-catering units that sleep two to four guests. Each is beautifully decorated with bright pops of colour and quirky artwork. In winter be sure to book the unit with the fireplace!
Although all four units are fully equipped with everything you might possibly need for a comfy independent stay, Twin Oaks offers scrumptious meals by prior arrangement.
For something a little different and secluded, Twin Oaks also has an equipped caravan parked in the bush at the foot of the mountain. Why not, we say.
With easy access to all the adventures and activities on offer in Ladybrand and the wider Eastern Free State, Twin Oaks Guest Farm is definitely one to add to the getaway bucket list.
"We decided to stay at the Twin Oaks Guest Farm during our week long tour on our BMW Adventure motorcycles. What a great place. Kobus was the ultimate host in arranging our dinner and drinks prior to our arrival. We enjoyed a lovely braai on our patio on his farm. Accommodation is really superb, with a lot of attention to detail such as a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom with fluffy towels a cosy bedrooms. The remoteness of the guest farm adds to the great ambiance. Certainly a future stop over for all of us again."
