Budget Getaways reserves the right to refuse any application or annual membership renewal.
All material and descriptions must be provided in good faith and represent an accurate description of the featured establishment.
Web pages will be featured live on the site only once all material is received. This includes:
- a completed Application or Renewal Form;
- a detailed description of the establishment;
- a minimum 12 suitable jpeg images;
- the GPS coordinates of the establishment;
- a registered Login Account
It is the establishment's responsibility to check all information as correct once the web page goes live. Any required changes to information, rates and images must be made via your personal login account on the 'Getaway Zone'.
It is also the establishment's responsibility to notify Budget Getaways of any pertinent changes that may occur after registration. These include changes in rates, facilities and ownership.
Invoices are payable within 7 days of receipt to avoid suspension from the site.
Annual webpage subscription fees and enquiry bundle rates are subject to change without notice.
Cancellation of this agreement can be made 30 days in advance and in writing. No refunds are payable if the establishment has been listed on Budget Getaways for longer than 12 months. Please see 'Our Money-Back Satisfaction Guarantee' below.
Best Budget Getaways is indemnified against claims, liabilities or losses that may arise from a web page presence on this site.
Budget Getaways reserves the right to dispay all guest feedback with respect to the establishment. Budget Getaways also reserves the right to amend the content of any web page in light of both negative and positive feedback received.
Budget Getaways holds copyright over all establishment descriptions displayed on the website.
Our money-back 'Satisfaction Guarantee': This guarantee is available to establishments that have signed up with Budget Getaways for the first time. Establishments must notify Budget Getaways in writing of their request for cancellation and a full refund at the end of the first year's subscription.
Enquiry bundles: Budget Getaways will cover establishments signed up for this subscription option against the following: duplicate enquiries, enquiries for dates marked off as 'Booked' on an active Budget Getaways availability calendar, enquiries for less than a stipulated minimum stay, and enquiries identified as blatant spam. It is the responsibility of the establishment to maintain an updated calendar for each of their accommodation units. Budget Getaways will not cover establishments against any of the above scenarios if they do not have an updated Budget Getaways calendar.
Apart from the above four instances, no enquiry credits will be given for other unforeseen scenarios. However, where these scenarios are identified, Budget Getaways will assess these and take corrective action where deemed necessary.
Nightsbridge members: Nightsbridge members with a link on Budget Getaways and signed up for a '12 Months Uncapped' subscription will be charged 0% commission on any confirmed Nightsbridge bookings. Nightsbridge members with a link on Budget Getaways and signed up for an enquiry bundle will be charged 10% commission on any confirmed Nightsbridge bookings.
