Baviaanskloof Cottages is in wild country. Dirt roads access, and no cellphone reception, this is an true escape into the wilderness.
Langhuis is a large cottage with a lounge two bedrooms, two bathrooms and has electricity. The kitchen has a stove, large fridge/freezer, microwave and other items such as a kettle and a toaster. It also has a fireplace to create a cosy atmosphere in winter. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and bunk beds. The other room has a double bed and two single beds. There is also a double bed and a single bed in the lounge. There are two bathrooms the one has a bath, toilet and basin, The other has a shower toilet and basin. The house is fully equipped with electricity.
Ou Kerkie cottage has a double bed in the main room with en-suite bathroom. Additional bathroom with shower, toilet, basin in case there are more than 2 people staying at once, with a double bed sleeper couch in the living area. Fully equipped house and built on the dam wall.
Oupatjie cottage has a double bed in the main room. A living room with two single beds in, can sleep up to 4 adults, or a family of 2 adults and up to 2 children. Full bathroom with: shower, toilet, basin and bath.
Please note, from Patensie side we recommend a 4x4, but is still possible with a 4x2 with high clearance. From Willowmore side, it is about 70km gravel road, possible with any vehicle, but we suggest a high clearance vehicle.
Also note, there isnt cellphone reception. The keys of the cottages are left inside the cottages on day of arrival so that you can self-serve your access.
