Nestling between the mountains of Montagu, Long Acres Cottages has five fully equipped self catering cottages. This 1865 Cape Georgian establishment is situated in the historic Long Street and is in walking distance to shops, restaurants, museums, rock climbing and hiking trails.
Koetshuis cottage has its own special charm and design. It offers you a double bed and sleeper couch. The separate kitchenette and bathroom leads from the bedroom. The cottage has its own patio overlooking the garden and farm. Die Stal is a spacious garden court cottage with the rustic ceiling and thick walls of the original farm building. It has its own patio and offers 2 single beds and a studio couch that can be converted into a bed. The bathroom and kitchenette leads from the bedroom.
Die Stroois is a gem, with an open plan kitchen and living area and two separate bedrooms. One bedroom offers 2 single beds and the other offers 1 double bed. The walls in the living area are still the original clay bricks. A built in coal stove in the corner adds to the charm and atmosphere of this special cottage. The vine covered patio offers a panoramic view of the farm and unique Montagu mountains.
Waenhuis 1 & 2 are air-conditioned garden court cottages, with their own patio overlooking the garden and farm. The cottages offers a kitchenette, double bed and spacious bathroom and dressing room.
