The Manor House – sleeps 8 The Manor House is a stand-alone 4-bedroom home set in acres of well-manicured gardens. All rooms have views. The front terrace and pool overlook the bay and have the best sunsets for a glass of vino. The dining room, kitchen, and bar/poolroom are all connect to the patio for a great outdoor space. Pool loungers, patio furniture, and barbecue are a step away from the pool table in the bar. The bar has seating areas and a fireplace. Play croquet on the terrace, swim in the pool or simply lounge around in the sun while enjoying the spectacular views. There is free fast speed WIFI internet throughout the property. Easy access to 15km walking and MTB trails. The spacious lounge with woodburning fireplace has two areas. The daytime area surrounded by views of the garden and the bay in the background and an evening area for family conversation or watching DSTV, Netflix and ShowMax on the large, curved screen TV. The lounge easily seats more than 12. The classical, separate, dining room, opens out onto the terrace. The fully fitted kitchen contains a microwave, gas top stove with electric oven and 2 fridges and a host of appliances. The cosy kitchen is a favourite room for casual family meals. There are 4 bedrooms. The main bedroom is downstairs and faces the sea. It has a king size bed and en-suite, with a full bathroom. There is also a seating area. The second bedroom, downstairs, also faces the sea, and has two three quarter beds. It uses the full family bathroom next door. The third bedroom upstairs faces the mountains and has either 2 three quarter beds or a super king size bed. It has an en-suite bathroom with bath. The fourth bedroom, also upstairs, faces the sea and has two three quarter beds or a king size bed. It has its own lounge and TV and full office workspace with a printer/scanner and a desk. It shares the family bathroom.

Greenhill Farm Manor House - premium stand-alone 4-bedroom home with magnificent gardens and pool overlooking extensive sea and mountain views. The lounge, dining room, fully fitted kitchen and bar with pool table, all lead out onto the patio and pool terrace.
Cape Dutch Cottage - the cottage is luxuriously appointed with a separate double bedroom with a king-size bed and full en-suite bathroom fully equipped for physically challenged guests. The living room opens out onto the private garden with a view of beautiful main garden.
