Standing proud above the surrounding rooftops on a quiet Yzerfontein street, Seaview Villa offers just that ... gorgeous Atlantic vistas (with Table Mountain cutting the horizon), and a stylish fresh abode to call home for the weekend.
A mere 220m (we measured it with the BG office ruler) from Yzerfontein’s long beach, the double-story house is finished in light beach tones and comes with enough space for six guests.
Taking a closer squizz, you have three spacious bedrooms: a main double ensuite bedroom located on the top floor (great view!), and a double and twin at ground zero, with shared bathroom.
Also at ground level is the fully geared kitchen and its breakfast nook.
Back up the stairs, you’ll find an entertainment area that leads onto a generous patio - again views to infinity and back rule the day.
The lounge makes for a decent chill zone, with indoor braai to boot (nice!), while the dining room comes with eight-seater dining table. DSTV is on tap in the TV room.
For the wagon and surf sticks, there’s a double garage downstairs, and a lawned garden skirting the house.
For an easy-to-get-to plush seaside pad suited to a large family or two smaller sharing, Seaview Villa’s hits the sweet spot.
