The View has been designed to embrace its beautiful surroundings. The large patio provides uninterrupted views of the Langebaan Lagoon and all five bedrooms have an ocean view, designed for guests to wake up to breathtaking views and the smell of the ocean. Come rain or shine – The View has been designed to offer the ideal breakaway in both the sunny summer and cool West Coast weather. Take a dip in the heated pool, cool down under the outside shower, relax on one of the luxurious day beds on the spacious patio or kick your feet up by the indoor braai. For the chillier nights/days, the main bedroom and lounge both have a gas fireplace, ensuring a cozy stay. The villa’s spacious interiors aim to offer guests maximum comfort. We’ve kept the décor minimal and uncluttered, with clean lines and cool calming colors to accentuate the ocean views and create a relaxed atmosphere. The villa does not compromise on luxury and offers a sleek, modern kitchen, as well as a spacious lounge and dining area. Whether you want to catch up on your favorite series or curl up on the couch with a book, the villa provides all the amenities needed for guests to unwind and take a break from the busy city life. The villa offers five stylish bedrooms, each with an ocean view, and each with its own ensuite. The master suite has a king-size extra-length bed – designed for optimal comfort – and an ensuite with a bathtub that opens to the patio. The second and third suites both have queen-size beds and ensuite bathrooms, with bathtubs. The villa’s remaining two rooms offer spacious ensuite bathrooms, one room with a queen-size bed and the other with a king-size bed, with the option for the latter to be set up with two single beds. No matter which room you stay in, each room has been designed with luxury and comfort in mind.
Area Information
*The Villa is situated in the residential neighborhood of Myburg Park – overlooking the beautiful Langebaan Lagoon. It is in close proximity to one of the best Kite Boarding beaches, West Coast National Park, Shark Bay Spa, and the Yacht Club. It is within walking distance of the town center and several other beaches. *Langebaan is situated 120 km north of Cape Town, just off the R27, about 28 km from Vredenburg and 20 km from Saldanha Bay. The Lagoon stretches for 17 km from Saldanha Bay, past Langebaan to Geelbek in the South. *The quaint seaside town is a hidden gem that is popular with those in the know. Langebaan sports some pristine sandy beaches and the charm of a traditional coastal town without the bustle of other more popular coastal cities.

*Club Mykonos The Greek in-spited lifestyle complex has a ton of fun activities to get up to. Whether you are looking for something to eat or something to do. There are restaurants and cafes along the beach where you can relax and enjoy the coastal air. It’s not just about the casino, don’t worry, you don’t have to do any gambling to enjoy yourself at Club Mykonos. *Golf: If you are one for hitting the greens, you can do so at the golf course at Langebaan Country Estate. The golf course was designed by the legendary golf player, Gary Player, and is beautifully maintained, with well-positioned bunkers and the signature routine that is great for golfers of all skill levels *The West Coast Fossil Park is near Langebaan. You can see fossils of bears, saber-tooth tigers, short-necked giraffes, and many other animals which lived on the west coast 5 million years ago. *Kayaking: Take to the water in a kayak and explore the pristine Langebaan Lagoon or the icy ocean on a sunny day. *Kiteboarding: Langebaan is a kiteboarder’s paradise. Experience the thrill of being propelled by Mother Nature and catching a few waves on the open ocean. *Diving: Discover the magical world under the sea. The West Coast offers exquisite diving with shipwrecks, rock formations, seals, and more. *Chartered boating: Why not make a day of it by packing a braai, swimming wear, and your fishing gear? Rent a boat and while away the hours in the classic South African sunshine *Quad Biking: Rev it up for a day in the dirt. Quad biking is a favorite for families or anyone just wanting to get out and have fun. *Horse riding: The only way to better a sunset on the beach is by enjoying it on horseback. Spend a relaxing day strolling on the sand next to crashing wave *Bird Watching: The tidal mudflats of the lagoon also attract thousands of migratory birds every year, and resident species are prolific and include greater and lesser flamingoes.
