The house is spacious and equipped with a modern, open-plan kitchen, a dining area with Morso fireplace, and a deck sporting deep vistas over the Atlantic.
Looking at the layout at Thirty Seven, you’ve got three double rooms, and a twin room with bunk beds, all decked with quality linen and stylish decor. Two of the double rooms are ensuite, while the other rooms share a bathroom.
The living area spills onto the timber deck and them views. A Weber braai and kiddies jungle gym can be found in the back garden. The Cape weather in a grumpy mood? No problem, there's an indoor braai to take care of this scenario.
Getting to the beach and the harbour is simple - it's just a short walk away. So is the local supermarket and the well-known Rooi Granaat Restaurant. In other words, everything you need right at your fingertips.
