Budget Getaways Review
Sitting one row back from Main Beach in Cape St Francis, Nautilus Beach House features great location and oodles of style. What's more, a private pathway from the garden is all that separates you from the beach.
The house sleeps a tribe of 12 happy weekenders, making it ideal for two or more families, or a large group of buddies out for a fun weekend.
Looking at the general layout here, you've got four spacious bedrooms, three of them decked with Queen beds. The fourth bedroom is for the kids, with two sets of bunk beds, bean bags and the cheapest babysitter on the planet: a flatscreen TV.
The living area is spacious and open-plan, with a well-equipped and modern kitchen with posh stove and dishwasher. The lounge has a fireplace fronted by comfy couches. A stack of doors open to the garden on one side, and a pergola-covered patio and built-in braai on the other.
Mod-cons at Nautilus take the form of DTSV, 47-inch flatscreen, and shiny appliances.
With quick and easy access to the beach and a short drive to the nearest grocery store in the centre of town, Nautilus ticks the boxes.
"Modern beach house that is well furnished and has a perfect holiday home layout. Close to the beach with a path from the back lawn to the swimming beach. Nearby St Francis Spar (10 min drive) ideal for grocery shopping."

"Nautilus is a modern, clean and cosy beach house just one row back from the beach. We loved the little private walkway that leads you in one minute to the beach. There are two different outside areas so that we could enjoy the outside and the sun at any given time of the day. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and the beds and lounge very comfortable. We'll definitely come back and in fact this time already extended our stay!"
