Budget Getaways Review
Seabreeze is coastal living at its finest. Only 50m from the crashing waves and with just about every room spilling great mountain and ocean views, you'll have little choice but to slot right into chilled barefoot holiday mode.
The 4-star graded Seabreeze embodies a perfect balance of the stylish, yet laid-back. This is achieved by both the general architecture - plenty in the way of glass sliding doors zipping open onto timber decks - and a discerning choice of decor and furniture - a happy mix of the raw, the soft, and the luxurious.
There are four bedrooms sleeping a total eight guests - three of these are fitted with Queen beds, the fourth with two singles.
The main boudoir is ensuite, while the balance share two bathrooms - one with shower, one with bath.
The kitchen is fitted, the lounge and dining room spacious, with an easy flow to the sunny world outside.
Up the white timber stairs you'll find the main bedroom tucked into the eaves, with pine floors and an oval bath, as well as a lovely TV room alongside with bean bags and other furnishings suited to slothful Topsport viewing. Quality linen and throws come as standard, as do towels.
Outside, there is a jacuzzi and built-in braai - no, we haven't yet ascertained the distance between the two so best you play it safe and pack your expandable braai tongs.
Stepping off the deck and cutting across the sand for 100m brings you to the icy water.
Summing up Seabreeze: a tastefully decorated house with all the mod-cons, offering the nearest thing to a pure beach experience.
"Seabreeze is a little slice of heaven!! Stayed the weekend with a group of friends and everything was absolutely perfect. The house is just lovely, with incredible outdoor lounging space (and all the cushions you could ever need!) on a huge wraparound deck. Fully equipped kitchen, big tables for a group dinner either inside or outside, massive braai... Beds are ridiculously comfy and the jacuzzi is divine - ultimate relaxation with stunning views! The property managers are also wonderfully helpful and accommodating. And they even recycle!! Bonus! Highly recommend Seabreeze.... but shhhhh! Don't spread the secret too widely so we can all keep coming back ;)"

"We had a great time in Kommetjie, staying at beautiful Seabreeze. The house is lovely, so close to the sea and has all the comfort we needed! We will definitely be back..."

"We had an amazing time! The house is made for comfort, lounging and relaxing. The views are breath taking. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was that the Jacuzzi jets did not work (no bubbles) and complaining neighbours. (Lights shining in their house and music playing from a laptop too loud) All in all we still had a Fantastic time!! Hoping to go back soon! :-) Oh and Maizylle, the lady that assisted us was sooo friendly; lovely person to deal with."

"Sea Breeze is a great place to unwind and relax. We loved that we could share the house with our two goldens and the walks on the beaches were unsurpassed! Jo and Maizylle are only a phone call away if anything is needed. Very comfy and homey. Great place for families to enjoy and spend quality time together. For us, a quiet place in the evenings after busy days in Cape Town and the winelands was just what we needed. Definitely would go back. Try Misty Mornings also - great property right in front of Sea Breeze."

"Lovely property, very well presented, in a lovely location on a secure estate. The property was clean and tidy and very comfortable but we felt very relaxed on site, perfect for a holiday. We met the agent and the owner, both made us very welcome and were helpful."
