Budget Getaways Review
Karee Kloof Conservancy has five cottages , 7km from our reception. A breathtakingly beautiful view of the mountains and in close proximity to a natural waterfall witch we welcome you to cool off in after a hike. Sheperds cottage is a 6 sleeper and Waterfall cottage is a 4 sleeper. Please note that Waterfall cottage and Shepherd cottage have a bit of a 4x4 drive.
Waterfall Cottage - Cottage has 1 bedroom (2 single beds/ 1 bunk bed) and 1 bathroom. Cottage has a basic kitchen with a gas cooker and fridge. With a Patio with greats views of the mountain. Paraffin lamps, plates and cutlery, saucepan, kettle, mugs, glasses. Outside braai.
Shepherds Cottage - Two bedrooms, one with a double bed, and the other with two bunks. Shower with gas heater, toilet. Kitchen: gas hob, gas fridge. Paraffin lamps, plates and cutlery, saucepan, kettle, mugs, glasses. Outside braai.
Springbok - One bedroom with on-suit bathroom, kitchen with gas stove top, microwave, fridge. Fire place with small lounge. Patio leading out to hot tub and fire place.
Gemsbok - One bedroom cottage with on suit bathroom, Gas stove top, fridge, microwave, fire place with lounge. Patio with braai and hot tub.
Eland - open plan cottage with sofa bed, connection bathroom. Bar fridge, two plate gas stove, fire place. Patio with braai and hot tub
Area Information
We are on the tankwa gravel road, which is the longest gravel road between two towns in SA. The famous tankwa padstal is only 30km away.
