Strawberry Hill Farm offers three fully-equipped self-catering houses bordering the Grootvadersbosch Nature Reserve, where you're surrounded by forests and awesome mountain views. You won't be bored with mountain biking, running, hiking and bird watching in the area. Or, relax, and potter around Swellendam for the day.
Strawberry Hill Lodge is a 4-bedroom house. Three bedrooms with king beds, own fireplace and en-suite bathrooms (shower only), and one bedroom with king bed and single, and own bathroom with bath. A full size kitchen with oven and open fireplace, separate braai area.
Forest Lodge is a three bedroom house. There's two bedrooms with queen beds, and one room with double bed. Separate lounge with kitchen with open fireplace, and equipped kitchen. One bathroom with shower and bath plus an outside shower.
Jenny's Cottage is a one bedroom cottage, with king bed plus a single, and en-suite bathroom with shower and bath. There's an equipped kitchen, and lounge with open fireplace.
The farm is surrounded by 120km of custom-built mountain bike trails, part of the Grootvadersbosch Conservancy trail network. Or go hiking on their Bushbuck Trail, and you might spot a Bushbuck if you head out early. The area also has over 200 species of birds.
