We admit, this is on the upper end of the Budget scale .. but ... perfectly located just outside Knysna, a unique haven of forests, lakes, dramatic cliffs and beaches, our gorgeous and entirely family designed, built and fully equipped self-catering guesthouse offers a unique blend of boutique hotel style contemporary design and country life in our idyllic location. Ideal for small groups, couples and families and overlooking spectacular indigenous gardens and private forest. Each of our 4 suites is beautifully furnished and uniquely elegant with every convenience including private decks with barbeque facilities and spectacular forest valley views to a full kitchen, king size beds, DSTV, A/C and free wifi. We also have a new 5th budget option of the gorgeous Nest tiny designer house with a garden view. Outdoors there's a private forest walking trail, children's play areas and a barbeque and fire pit area overlooking the indigenous garden, pathways, rockeries and ponds.

Perfectly located on the picturesque Rheenendal Ramble, an area rich in history and with no shortage of activities, restaurants and tea gardens, just 15 minutes outside of Knysna. Private forest walking trail on the property which winds through the indigenous forest and across a suspension bridge over the little stream at the bottom of the valley. Beautiful gardens for exploring and bird watching or just relax and read a book on one of the many garden benches. Children's playground area with playhouse, trampoline, slide, swings, bridges and sandpit. Communal barbeque area and fire pit overlooking the duck pond. Perfect location for cycling, hiking, horse riding and trail running. Just 10 minutes to the National Parks and Buffalo Bay beaches. Village shop within 1km for local produce and all your basics from free range eggs and organic honey to local lamb chops. Fantastic restaurants and garden cafes nearby for everything from fresh home-made bread to Sunday buffet lunches.
